Sweet and Heat Chicken

So I named this recipe the Sweet and Heat recipe. With your initial bite you taste the sweetness followed by a little bit of heat!  And guys this recipe only has 5 ingredients packed with flavor, how can it get any better than this!!!!

Now I'll admit our sides were simple! I had a bag a frozen brussel sprouts that I just steamed up.  Also we cooked couscous with vegetable broth, lemon juice and butter.

Sweet and Heat Chicken

6 Chicken Breasts
1 Cup Dijon Mustard
1/2 Cup Maple Syrup
2 TBS Rice Vinegar
Salt and Pepper
Fresh Rosemary

1. Preheat oven to 450. Place Chicken in a casserole Dish. Salt and Pepper the Chicken Breast.

2. Mix Dijon Mustard, Maple Syrup and Rice Vinegar.
 
 
3. Pour the Sauce over the Chicken. Put in oven for 40 minutes Basting chicken halfway through with the sauce.
 



4. Let Chicken rest for 5 minutes add chopped rosemary and serve.
